"Monica and Barry are totally wrong and being driven to a vultures´ path by a network of corrupt Municipality officials and others! Sulemane Cabir is categorically the owner of plot 189. Undeniable proof is at the Inhambane City Registrar´s Office where the Municiapility corrupts tried illegally to anul is Title Deeds to cover up their wrongdoings. Monica and Barry bought an infrastructure (an unfinished house) from Sulemane Cabir. They didn´t buy land! They do have the legal documents from the relevant Government Departments prooving that, namely the "SISA" and the "Escritura Pública"! Monica and Barry don´t even need a DUAT!Legally and by force of Article 16 of Mozambique Land Law, when you by an infrastructure, the land called " Logradouro" or "Domínio Útil" is automatically the buyer´s domain.The Municipality is not competent and has no authority to deny Monica and Barry´s legal rights.It´s a shame and a pitty, inspite of many warnings, but they choose to believe in corrupt and criminal officials from the Municipality! And Sulemane Cabir spent more dealing with Monica and Barry paper work than what they claim and there are proof of that. Inhambane Town Hall is run by a network of corrupt officials allied to a group of specific South African elements involved in illegal land transactions.Monica and Barry should tell who is the Municipality oficcial that gave them a piece of paper written in portuguese and they signed it without knowing what the contents where!There is much more to the self inflicted saga! Agfter analizing this article i conclude that Sulemane Cabir is a croock, the vulture, souless creature, gangster, mafia true representative satan,lucifa or the cursed one.
He might have crooked more that many people.Can some post his piture somewhere so that we know him. Thanks peeople for alleting us.

Knowing that his clients have invested so much on the land and they can´t obtaing the DUART, what has he done as an indiviudal to help them?, what has he done to help them? He should stop acusing the Municipality Counsil, i am sure he got advantage of the weekness of the systerm in the Municipality to croock this potential investor.As if that is not enough he goes on to demonise his govenment. It is to my opinion these type of people are the enemies of the state. Given the effort the government has been applying in trying to atract foreing investiment, its totally unbelivable that people like Sulemane Cabir artchitectures of organized crimes a set free to interact with the inocent society.
