Lot 189 Tofinho / Tofo and Sulemane Cabir

We have had no further news regarding our DUAT for the 2000m2 on stand 189 Tofinho.

We have been told that apparently Sulemane Cabir has sold four other people land with a similar agreement and they have not yet started on the process. We are not sure whether Sulemane Cabir offered to assist them but if he did they may end up having the same experience as we have had with Sulemane Cabir.

Many people have trusted a local person – like Sulemane Cabir and this often does not work. It is evident from the problems you experienced and the response you have had from the various contacts of Sulemane Cabir that Sulemane did not honor his word.
