THE WHEEL TURNS

We were chatting yesterday and we ended up on the topic of “The Wheel Turns” - this is something that Barry so believes in and has always referred to “The Wheel Turning” – often together with the name of Sulemane I.H. Cabir.

One day at the end of 2007, while visiting with Omar Cabir, Barry explained the concept of “The WHEEL TURNS” to Omar Cabir (Omar Cabir being Portuguese and we being English) - Omar Cabir is Sulemane Cabir’s brother, both Omar Cabir and Sulemane Cabir owned property in Tofinho (Omar Cabir owned the big Thatched Disco / restaurant – I think it was call LIDO - at the top of the hill which is visible when coming into Tofo – it is actually quite a sad story for Omar Cabir). We met Sulemane Cabir through his brother Omar Cabir in 2006. It was like a light bulb turned on once Omar Cabir understood the concept of “The Wheel Turns”. Omar Cabir often used the phrase after that - especially in conversations about Sulemane Cabir.

Barry believes “The Wheel will Turn” for Sulemane Cabir. Barry truly believed Sulemane Cabir was a gentleman – what an honor to bestow on somebody and to view them in that light – but Sulemane Cabir turned out to be anything but a gentleman.

There was a comment placed on this Dealing with Sulemane Ismael Hassane Cabir blog on 19 March 2009 where the person shared something their family had experienced, as they termed it, “What goes around comes around” – this is what they said:-

I have read your story on your “dealingwithsulemanecabir” blog.

The only advice I can give you is based on something similar that happened in our family many years ago. I know it won’t change anything that you have faced but it does clearly display a Higher Power (God) who is “watching from a distance”.

There is a saying goes like this – “What goes around comes around” – and that is how the Higher Power “watches from a distance”.

I saw this first hand in a situation a family member of mine found themselves in. They were done in by a “con artist” of note and lost everything they had worked so hard to achieve through honest hard work and integrity their whole lives. The road for them was long and hard and they struggled to get back on their feet. By the grace of Jesus Christ they succeeded and thrived.

At the end of the day the “con artist” never did – he got the “other end of the stick” 10 fold.

Hang in there – someday this “con artist” will get his / her day – and when that day comes around there is nothing in this world that this he / she can do about it – it will be too late.

You on the other hand will prosper and grow.

I pray that all that God has to offer through Jesus Christ is bestowed on you.

The concept is the same as “The Wheel Turns” – and based on the experience of the Anonymous writer - Sulemane Cabir will experience the “What goes around comes around” concept.

Sulemane Cabir will continue to be subject to “The Wheel Turning” / the “What goes around comes around” / the “Every dog will have his day” / the “What you sow so you will reap” – basically KARMA - Call it what you like Sulemane Cabir is experiencing this first hand.
